Please I do mix bone meal with their food when I bring them as day olds but I didn't do it for these ones, please what can I do to reverse this... I've given them bone meal and all I can lay my hands on at the livestock pharmacy.

Sorry not reversible for those showing the symptoms already but u need to commence treatment asap lest it will affect majority of them.

Mixing bonemeal with their feed is not good. You must only give them the feed as you bought it. There is one drug called asbona. Buy it and give it to your chicks through their water.

Isolate the affected ones immediately.
Go and buy antiviral solution. Mix it in their water some of the affected ones would recover. Also give the solution to the rest of your chicks.
I've experienced that before be prepared to count some losses because some won't recover and you can't cull them because they are not big enough. In my case out of a carton of 50 I sold 32, I still made good profit though.

Calcium deficiency

Please be careful how you handle them with bare hands.

I'd advise you practice culling so it doesn't spread to the rest of the flock and with the way you've explained it. Your feed needs
Calcium
Potassium
Sodium
Iron

In their very correct and precise proportions.

You can change the feed you're giving the birds or have a new feed formula. This should help and also, some feed supplements and additives wouldn't be a bad idea.

Were they vaccinated? Could be due to calcium deficiency as well. Meet with a qualified Vet, to save some money, instead of trying all options provided here and to save the lives of your Chickens..

Its just a nutritional problem sir.
What I'm seeing here could be attributed to Perosis.
I will advice you replace that your bonemeal with genuine quality Di calcium phosphate if you won't mind the cost.
Then give the birds vit b12 and/or choline chloride.
