Nothing troubling me. I was drinking alcohol in past. Like every young guy, doctor said it was what caused it. But I have stopped it. Still yet the thing they worry. I Don take drugs I Don tire. I need help baldy

For high blood pressure is someone so young, there must be an underlying cause. The doctors must have given you some extra tests to do, like a Kidney ultrasound, ECG, and so on, Have you done them?

did you do a kidney scan? Anyone in your family who had hypertension at a young age or died young of it?

No I haven't done a kidney scan and no no one in my family ever died of hypertension at a young age

I don't have any kidney pain or pain at back on kidney region. No history of kidney disease in my family

and also I started taking alcohol only beginning of this year and I didn't really abuse it.

Or go back to the doctor and tell him to run further tests on you. Tell him or her that having hypertension at your age with no improvement in the blood pressure has to have some other cause
