Receiving 30k as a graduate and praying it's stable is more like succumbing to poverty for the rest of your life.

Why are Nigerian youths like this!! You guys were told from the onset that its not a permanent job but just only for 2 years. You got in and refusing to get out. What sort of nonsense graduates are these. Many graduate didn't apply initially because they all understood that it is meant for only 2 years. Nigerians have a very big problem. Most of them are there for 2 years, without achieving anything. No new skill acquired, no business risk taken, nothing nothing. All of you protesting are nothing but fools. How do you expect the government to retain over 500k persons or even pay you 1m as you go. You all were told that the program would last for 2 years and after that you leave for others to come in, but you still applied and now refusing to leave. Is this not stupidity?

One cannot but understand the pains of those who genuinely partook in the programme and their fear of going back to the labour market.

But someday, we will understand that Agreement is Agreement.

It was explicitly stated that the scheme is for 2 years to enable beneficiaries ganer useful skills.
Some have even spent close to four years haba!

Please leave the stage for another set of people to benefit biko.

What I think they should be pressing for is the implementation of the next phase of the agreement, perhaps funds and support to start their business and all that.
