Absolutely correct. Malaria does it for me too...only the tightness of chest though. No hampered breathes. Just the feeling...even then, the feeling can be uncomfortable

I came across a young man in same situation 3 days ago somewhere in Surulere. Lying down on the roadside with 2 inhalers beside him. I had to help him recover and stand again on his feet.
