My brother who is the Federal Government, is NIPOST not federal government, the problem is more than synergy, the increment should have been forwarded to the Ministry in charge for approval but MAYBE the person in NIPOST do not want to acknowledge the superiority of the minister in charge of the ministry especially if the NIPOST person is from the North and minister from South.

Your submission is very close to the reality but actually, the minister is from the North and NIPOST chairman is from the south.

Bunch of thieves I was expecting them to pull such moves after FIRS sidetracked stamp duty from them and they took them to court. Imagine two government agencies fighting for the same thing, is it not the same account the money is going into?
