Featuring production by The Hitmen's Combs and Chucky Thompson, it samples The Isley Brothers' "Between the Sheets." The song was nominated for Best Rap Solo Performance in the 1996 Grammy Awards but lost to "Gangsta 's Paradise" by Coolio. Steve Huey called it a "overweight anthem"
