One of the targets of Osinbajo's survival fund under ESP is the N50billion payroll support that would be given to the MSMEs employers who did not fire any staff in this period of COVID19. Also, is an another additional N200billion

worth of interest free loans for artisans in order to keep their businesses afloat & expand their businesses.
Containing in the ESP is the N10 billion targeted at private transporters to keep them in business.

The off take facility of about N15billion arrow at 100,000 MSMEs so that whatever they are producing, govt can buy them(face masks, sanitizers etc) The money are source funded& Nigerians are going to benefit immersely as info is rolled out.
