Job Title: Human Resources Assistant (Temp)

Job Summary
The successful candidate will perform a variety of personnel-related and administrative tasks, you will support the HR department in duties like updating HR database and processing employees requests on a temporary basis may be retained full time upon satisfactory performance.

Job Responsibilities
• Ensure personnel records are up to date.
• Process and maintain documentation relating to employee activities such as staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations and classifications.
• Assist in arranging for the internal and external trainings.
• Assist in preparing and coordinating the travel plans for stakeholders.
• Assist With Day To Day Operations Of HR Functions And Duties
• Provide Clerical And Administrative Support To the HR Manager.
• Other duties may be assigned

Requirements
A female of not more than 29 years old.

Education/Experience
Bachelor's degree from a Reputable University with one to two years related experience.

•Ability to manage assigned tasks in an assertive, efficient and timely manner

•Must be able to multi-task and keep calm under pressure
•A good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
•Excellent attention to detail
•Excellent, proven organisational skills
