Wow these are the big boys. To get to this level too is not easy. Such position gives you the kind of authority and connections you can not achieve ordinarily. That's why despite all my liking for entrepreneurship,I love to have a great career. Nothing beats that.

CEOs are enterpreneurial career people, not the ordinary career person

Lol. The basics entrepreneurship are learnt from the scratch. A lot of CEOs cannot set up and run a personal company. They are designed to manage an established company.

We also have a lot of enterpreneurs that are not good managers, as in ability to grow the business in leaps and bounds.

A successful CEO should have enterpreneurial mindset, ability to grow profit, identify opportunities and create wealth for the business

You dey mind am? Most people are just lazy. If everyone preferred a 'career' then who would build the companies that you all want to work for? Entrepreneurs build and own these companies for crying out loud.

MTN tariff is strangulating majority of subscribers of the network meanwhile the CEO and management are making a killing. Such extravagant profit margin for services provided from dormant infrastructure should not be allowed.

We saw how the non dormant infrastructure by Nitel was well used. MTN pays billions in yearly taxes and spends billions on network upgrades. They are still the best performing and widest covering Telco.

P. S. Nothing wrong with the tariff. It's actually one of the lowest in the world. You can google

He was not part of the founding team? He joined the bank 10 years after it was founded by Mr Fola Adeola and Mr Tayo Aderinokun

The spotlight to be a CEO can never be overemphasized.

The dream of every man is to gain financial freedom and be the best at the echelon of his career.

That's the dream of every Man.

This is what I call wealth, not riches grin

But being the CEO of your own company is even better. Some of these guys are still employees.

Don't be an enterpreneur for the sake of being one, be an enterpreneur because you have all what it takes to be one.

A lot of some struggling enterpreneurs will do better for themselves as employees

Because they do not understand the concept of problem-solving products and the market. Many of those you mentioned went into entrepreneurship just for profits not service.

First, let's see your company CAC certificate here. Then copy of the license that authorize the company to accept cash from public investors. If you do, i will invest N2 million rightaway.

Nice one...the CEOs deserve the pay because they work very hard and don't forget that you are looking at the bright side of things, when it gets really 'dirty', the 'heads' of the CEOs are what would roll, not that of the assistant manager, so let them enjoy it while it lasts.

They create opportunities for the business, increase profits of the business, create wealth for the business, ensures the continuity and sustainability of the business.

Top management must be trained to do all these which will involve having the enterpreneurial mindset.
