Yes you read it right, Top 10 Richest dead celebrities, While some living beings may not boost of what this dead celebrities make. These set of celebrities who made so much money during their lifetime still earn a huge sum of money years after they died. Amazing isn’t it?
Knowingly or subconsciously celebrities make a huge impact on our lives. Their dressing, style, way of walking and everything they do is observed by us and we try to be like them/imitate them in our day-to-day life.

We take a good look at the Top 10 dead celebrities as at 2019. Eight of them originate from the United States of America which coincidentally has the highest number of Living Billionaires in the world as at 2020. But this post is not about the richest celebrities presently living, apologies to the Roger Federer, C. Ronaldo, George Lucas, Madonna’s of our time. This post is centered on a unique set of individuals whose talents and skills fetched them so much money that lasted them long after they were gone. Some of them their music made them immortal. We just can’t get tired listening to their music.

We start our countdown from the 10th well paid dead celebrity.

10 Nipsey Hussle

Born as Ermias Joseph Asghedom. This American rapper, activist, and entrepreneur was best known for his numerous mixtapes, which included his Bullets Ain’t Got No Name series, The Marathon, The Marathon Continues, and Crenshaw.

His 2018 debut studio album Victory Lap was a commercial success, and was nominated for the Best Rap Album at the 61st Grammy Awards in 2019.

About 5 million of his books are sold each year. He died in Sept. 24, 1991 at the age of 87 of Oral cancer.

Our next richest dead celebrity was a political singer whose songs became the conscience of the people and the Government. Listening to his music you could feel him preaching to you. Born as Robert “Bob” Nesta Marley. Bob Marley a Jamaican singer, songwriter and musician was widely known for his love for marijuana. His song “No women, no cry” is still famous till date.

Marley is considered one of the pioneers of reggae, He was also known for his distinctive vocal and songwriting style. Due to his music influence there has been an increased visibility of Jamaican music in the global music scene. His greatest hits album Legend was released in 1984, and became the best-selling reggae album of all time.

Marley also ranks as one of the best-selling music artists of all time, with estimated sales of more than 75 million records worldwide. He was posthumously honored by Jamaica soon after his death with a designated Order of Merit by his nation. In 1994, he was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Rolling Stone ranked him No. 11 on its list of the 100 Greatest Artists of All Time.

Palmer alongside other golfers such as Jack Nicklaus, and Gary Player were known as the “The Big Three” in golf during the 1960s; they are widely credited with popularizing and commercializing the sport around the world. With a career which spanned more than six decades, he won 62 PGA Tour titles from 1955 to 1973. He is presently fifth on the Tour’s all-time victory list, trailing only Tiger Woods, Sam Snead, Jack Nicklaus, and Ben Hogan.

He won seven major titles in a six-plus-year domination from the 1958 Masters to the 1964 Masters. He also won the PGA Tour Lifetime Achievement Award in 1998. He was one of the 13 original inductees into the World Golf Hall of Fame in 1974 . He died in Sept. 25, 2016, due to heart disease at the age 87.

Besides the sale of his comics, most part of his earnings also came through the license sold to Fox’s animation studio, Blue Sky His Peanuts franchise is now in its 70th anniversary.

Presley albums still sells about 1 million albums a year. Graceland, his house in Memphis which is now like a tourist site, receives averages about 500,000 visitors a year.
