TWO IGBO groups , the Igbo Peoples Congress and the Igbo Aborigenes have declared that the fate of Nidgbo in 2023 and beyond will be determined by Nigerians . It is Nigerians that will decide if Igbos are wanted in Nigeria or should o their way in 2023 and beyond by the decision they (Nigerians) take in 2023, the groups spoke through their spokemen, Obisike Chidi and |Emeka Umeh.
|The groups noted that 2023 is the best time for Nigeria to pay Ndigbo the political debt they owe them .
Another group Umuigbo Forum called on OHANAEZE NDIGBO the apex Igbo body to build bridges and reach the leadership in other parts of the country to realise the objective in 2023.
The spokesman of the group Nduka Nwagbara advised Ohanaeze Ndigbo to reach ACF, PANDEF, AFENIFERE , MIDDLE BELT FORUM, NORTHERN ELDERS FORUM AND similar groups and leaders and the major political parties to convince them over the issue .
Reacting to the clamor the umbrella body of all groups championing the NIGERIA PRESIDENCY OF IGBO EXTRACTION PROJECT PANPIEC through its Director of Publicity and Media Prince Uche Erondu noted that the mood of the nation today is for an IGBO TO SUCCEED PRESIDENT MOHAMMMADU BUHARI but advised on bridge building, networking and reconciliatory approach rather than emotion and sentiments.
He noted that all Nigerians have accepted that its time an Igbo occupy Aso Rock but it should be done with proper and seamless negotiations.
He thanked all Nigerian leaders now keying into the project and those daily joining PANPIEC

Why wait till 2023?

Isn't it much too far?

That which thou doest, do quick! Is what Jesus told Judas in those days!

Frm d look of things, Restructuring Or Referendum has bcom a volatile fact dt can neither be shyed away frm nor hesitated any further!

If u hv a mountain 2 climb, waiting wil not make it any smaller!

Una better do d needful while it's necessary 2 be done!

Lot of noise and raising dust.

Do they think Afenifere will support Ibo over Yoruba on election day? grin

Nonsense grin

If Igbos think they can continue to use Biafra to blackmail Nigeria, then they're in for another rude shocker.

Beerfraud blackmail failed in 2015 and gave birth to the dancing pythons. It will continue to fail until they grow political sense.

Ibo is setting itself up for dissapointment again and will say certain people betrayed them when they later realize that the above statement is true only in SE. Even the Apex Igbo political leader in Lagos is behind Tinubu for 2023.

I concur with them. The funny thing is that I'm even apathetic to the Igbo presidency. The last straw that will certainly see all Igbos pushing in one direction is come 2023 and an Igbo man doesn't occupy Aso rock. Even by then, Nigerianists will have no reason or excuse to hold separatists on.

If just about 40% of Igbos at the grassroots are championing the struggle and Nigeria is having it this hot, then imagine what will happen when neutrals like us and many of our elite joins the struggle, it will be game over.

Lol, people like Joe Igbokwe and other hustlers like him in Lagos are persona non grata in Igboland.
Nigeria will have nothing to benefit by allowing Tinubu or another SW to rule after 8 years as president and 8 years as vice president. The North also knows this too. So Tinubu is fighting a lost battle already.

You're only decieving yourself. The threat on secession is never a blackmail too. Many Igbos have already given up on Nigeria. However, the polity is already strecthed like this and many people are now seeing the breakup of Nigeria as a huge possibility, even when Igbos that are seriously pushing for break-up are not up to 50%. Now imagine what will happen when 90% pushes for it.

I have notice that we use the word " the North" to describe the entire northan region but use south-south,south-west, and south-east when we know, they are all the same south. why is that, even when we know that they are a lots of northern tribe other than the hausa fulani.

My brother, you will be so shocked at how happily Nigerians will be to let you go.

What is the country benefiting from those 5 states in the first place?

Your "threat" is dead on arrival.

Folks dont seem to have even the faintest understanding of human psychology.

Look, the more you try to coerce and not PERSUADE humans to do your bidding, especially where they're free to make choices, the more they become determined to do the exact opposite of what you want them to do!!

Even those who might have been thinking along your line would develop apathy towards your course and act otherwise.

It is that simple. Stop threatening people to vote for you in a multicoloured democracy!

Continue with the blackmail...
Your kind is well known for issuing empty threats.. It's a matter of public record. & you wonder why Nigerians don't take you seriously. We are in democracy, threats and blackmail cannot & will never win you election. Build bridges not burn them. You are at war with Fulani, Islam, Yoruba, south south, hausa etc.. Who will give you the vote? When you have make enmity of the people around you.
You are not ready. You don't deserve the people's love, trust & votes of confidence require to make you president, not yet. & your threats and blackmails can only make it worse for you than it already is. grin
See the image below, if there's any little sense in you, it might give you a clue where your people are getting it wrong ...

So much enthusiasm to be the Shit Captain.

Unless you grow sense, build the necessary bridges and mend broken fences, it will be easier for Shekau to be President (two terms) than any daydreamer from the SE.
