The question seem straightforward, I have consulted with 3 local bricklayers but still not convinced with what they said..
Pls can 2Million Naira build a Two bedroom flat?? With the exclusion of land.

It depends on the land, is it stable, is external work like borehole, soak away, septic tank exclusive, no fencing, no floor paving. It means the 2m will be a low budget with low budget finishing, can whatspp me on 09036346989 for drawings and estimate at an affordable price

Now answer this,

Where is the land located?

Is it sandy or water logged?

What kind of materials do you want to use to finish it? Finishing is what makes house expensive. The skeletal part is doable.

Finishing means whether you want imported or locally made material from tiles to plumbing to wiring.

These are factors to be considered.

However I would say just start like that.
