Can u now see how compromised the police has become? Very partisan. I'm sure they visited him to lament to him that his men couldn't bundle them into the assembly for their well planned out inauguration & impeachment plans. 3 Likes 1 Share |

Politics is about techniques and being smart, not by shouting & bragging. In politics, you think beyond your rivals. You outsmart them. You must be calculative. In Edo state, there's somebody somewhere sitting down and busy strategising on how to win the election, while another one is busy shouting Edo no be Lagos. At the end the person with the best strategy wins. 2 Likes 2 Shares |

ORIENTATION101: U should rather advise those APC assembly members who u slave for to approach the police commisioner without tears cos their plans to take over the assembly failed. I'm just enjoying the guts & braveness of obaseki, I don't even do party politics. 1 Like |

The speaker recognized by law! Kudos to the members of the house of assembly and the new speaker for finally summoning the courage to do the right thing since last year. The legislative arm should never be an appendage of the executive arm of government. The idea of a legislative assembly under the total control of the executive governor is inimical to any democratic process. Going forward, I expect them to perform their roles as enshrined in the constitution without fear or favour and without the governor dictating to them. 4 Likes 1 Share |

SmartProf: They visited him to officially request for security for the new speaker, deputy speaker, and the newly inaugurated members of the state house of assembly. As far as I can see, there is nothing wrong with the visit. It is better than taking laws into their hands or resorting to the kind of destructive tactics that Obaseki displayed at the house of assemble premises today. |

Hmn, it shows that u lack political calculations like ur brother obaseki, u should always know when to throw in the towel,we know where Goodluck Is now after a masterpiece calculation by him 2015,and we also know where someone who displace the show of shame at the INEC head quarter is now. My pal in politics immediate loss absolute loss |
