How to become a successful blogger

The majority of people blog for leisure-oriented activities, while some blog for business purposes.

Some, on the other hand, blog fulltime, making it their sole source of income.
The beginning is quite easy; you can register for free on a blogging service provider like a blogger or hosting provider like WordPress.

By the time you get to this stage, you would have to decide if you are using a Self-hosted website or a free blog.

You can create a free blog from providers like Tumblr, Blogger, WordPress, etc.
Before creating a website for your blog, you will need to know what you will be blogging about;

Identifying yourself to your passion is the key to this as every niche has its Audience.

For example, Fitness Blogs, News Blogs, Car Blogs, Personal Blogs, Travel Blogs, etc.

Good writers can write about anything, but identifying yourself with your passion will help with your blog’s ideas as it grows.

Once you have set up your Self hosted website or free blog, the next thing you will need to do is designing it.

Choose a theme and layout that will be perfect for the type of blog you have chosen.

You will need to create categories and add them to your blog.

Having a personal email account

When you want people to engage with your blog, apart from commenting on your posts, people will more likely communicate with you through your email if it is associated with your web domain.

Having a custom domain email will look professional and also appear more official.
