The Vice Chancellor of University of Lagos, UNILAG Akoka has affirmed that the school’s students will resume in the next one or two months.

The professor of botany, Oluwatoyin Temitayo Ogundipe made this known during a live video chat with a student of the institution.

When he was asked if students will still resume this year, the VC said, “ah ah ah, we must resume this year, if we don’t resume this year, then what is the raw material we’re working with”.

“Whether we like it or not, Covid has come in but we now have to… I’m sure in the next one or two months, we’ll resume”, he added.

covid-19 has come to stay, we only have to learn how to live with it. Lives cannot be put on hold forever because of corona. We have to move on.
