JOB TITLE: CLIENT RELATIONSHIP EXECUTIVE
Location: Lagos, Island


Job Description

Build long-term relationships with customers
Create plans to address clients business needs
Guide clients on making decisions
Schedule regular meetings with customers to ensure satisfaction
Act as the first point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate
Study competitions to find new ways to get new customers
Help sales team up-sell and cross-sell services and products
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g sales, engineers, senior management) to address customer’s needs
Required Qualifications

Minimum OND in a relevant field.
Good communications skill
1-2 years of experience in a Sales/Marketing or relevant role
Must be computer savvy
Must reside in Lekki and environs
Ability to drive is an added advantage
