Sweetheart, why not apply for a paid job and save up whatever amount you need to learn a skill?? As I'm talking to you, I desire to learn Tailoring but I look left and right, no helper. I decided to work for someone. I have been working since April and by next month if there is no news on resumption I would be financially capable to sign up for my preferred skill. Queenflourish:You can negotiate these things and as much as I know, you don't have to make full payment to commence. Waiting to save up 16k5 since April is a wrong move. |
