Sometimes I wonder if APC leaders and members have sense at all? you are talking of insecurity El Rufai whose state has been turned to slaughter slab by PMB cousins is absent, Katsina, Zamfara and Borno state Governors are absent. So what logical, sensible or good thing can ever come out of the meeting.

The Nigeria Police has failed, the DSS has failed and I think to some extent, NSCDC has failed.
The state governors are destabilizing Nigeria with militias. It is not the job of the Nigerian Army to be chasing murderous young men about the country side.
Something that was there foundationally is currently missing and that is community policing, surveillance and early reporting.

That's why it is a security architecture issue

Buhari's failure is not canning state governors. They are going to Aso Ro k edging loyalty and then they go back and befriend those who kill minority tribes in their states just to keep their people happy.
