I don't know where to start. You can report any body to security agencies and the security agencies will invite the person for question. If they investigate the matter, they will charge the suspect to Court. Oni has that Pawer as u also have it.

We should not rush to condemn the Oni giving his records of healthy association with the general public especially the youth.

Sadly you're still mistaken, even the initial appearance before a judge can take weeks to months if you're dealing with a stubborn circuit. Let's move on from that, the more troubling statement is that you believe you can sue anyone based on rumors...lol.
