I was going to the mosque this morning for salat/ prayer and saw this scary and long creature. I had no choice than to kill it. What's the name of the snake and is it poisonous?

It looks like black mamba.but its too long to be a mamba.i believe the snake is venomous from the look of the dark black skin. |
