Wrong. The only part of the body of a snake that can cause this is the snake's fang and the venom would still be minor. Snakes just don't bite, they inject venom through their fangs.

Even if it wasn't burnt, it doesn't make much difference. The venom gland of a snake is located behind eye and injected through its fang. The bone doesn't carry any venom.
