DSS DG, Yusuf Bichi, Appeals To Nigerians To Stop Celebrating The Death Of Security Operatives The Director General of the Department of State Services (DSS), Yusuf Bichi, has appealed to Nigerians to stop celebrating the death of security operatives killed in frontline battle by insurgents.

This appeal was made by the DSS Boss while speaking at the 2020 International Youth Day celebration organised by the National Youth Council of Nigeria (NYCN) in Abuja.
