Politicians fail to learn. Fom this video, it's obvious Obaseki did nothing tangible for that community in the last three and a half years. At least, if you know you'll come back to a people for votes after your first term, then you should know to do a little for them in your own selfish interest. Crowd is less than 1000 people and this is what Obaseki faces in many places he goes. Unfortunately, the rogue party people probably collected money in advance from Obaseki for this defection to happen.
