REWARD FOR HARD TERRORISM

Having splashed innocent bloods
And separating lovers with faraway bombs
Pulling triggers at innocent souls
And pointing swords at unripe throats.

Razing down giant houses to ashes
And turning home men to fugitives
Taking roof off their balded heads
And wickedly provoked silent tears.

They made legs run marathons
out of their choice
Kids, fathers, left home as victims of wars
And now scavenging and toiling round the world.

Hoping for their culprits to be brought to book
And punished for this unendingly anguish
But rather;
Great party was thrown for criminals.

Rich feast to compensate their terrorism
Costly attires on the bodies of terroists
As they have their palms rubbed with cash
And later sent to the city to live with commoners.

And then the question arises: is it better to be a soft criminal/or rather a hard one in Nigeria?

Nigerian Policemen are busy arresting and shooting at peaceful protesters, while FG is negotiating with hard criminals and even sending those who are caught among them back to the cities after all the damages they have done to our people and peace.

One bad message FG is passing across to us, unknowingly, is; it is better to be a hard criminal in this country than a soft one. So misplaced a priority
