We need to also analyze where those that can afford to buy draw the line Boundary on owning a car really got necessity any business and owning it as a luxury they can't really maintain in reality, which turns it to a liability, rather than being an asset.

On the other hand, real estate assets that will 95% of the predictable time appreciate in value and even had be the ability to double its value in less than 18 months, are not considered by some people an asset. They prefer to live the selling luxury life at the expense of having portfolio of real assets that is capable of liberator and enriching their family and generations unborn.

The analysis is world's richest men and women shows that most of them have good real estate portfolio as major part of their wealth. None of them would count cars among their assets because they actually depreciate fast in value and exposed to high risk of loss, theft, accident, fire etc.

The likes of former president Obasanjo, Femi Otedola, Ikota, Tinubu, Tony Elumelu, Ooni of Ife and the rest of others are that have real estate assets scattered across know the value of this! And there are even good locations for willing Nigerians to buy with peace of mind (no omo-Omole or Govt issues) that are very much affordable nor in Lagos and othersl states
