Section 91 of the constitution is very clear, a state house of assembly cannot have less than 24 members. Once the membership of a state assembly falls below 24, it is no properly constituted and cannot carry out any legislative functions. The crass illegality going on in Edo State can not last.

Embracing illegality. A quorum is 1/3 of a house, the last time I checked, 8 is 1/3 of 24. How come we have 7 people carrying on the legislative work?

It is only stupid people and enemy of Nigeria, Edo and democracy that will be supporting a man who never seen any reason to get 14 out of 24 members inaugurated to legislate and represent his people. A man that is recognising unconstitutionality of 7 members performing legislative duties against the constitution he sworn to uphold and interest of his people for his selfish ambition.
