Senior special assistant to President Muhammadu Buhari on social media, Lauretta Onochie has slammed Bishop David Oyedepo for criticizing the application of the Company and Allied Matters Acts (CAMA) in churches, following its signing into law by President Muhammadu Buhari on August 7, 2020.

LIB reported earlier that the founder of Living Faith Church Worldwide who questioned the rationality behind subjecting churches to same laws as companies, averred that such laws were borne out of government’s jealousy about the prosperity recorded by the church.

Reacting to Oyedepo’s comment, Lauretta Onochie stated that as long as Oyedepo lives and operates within the entity called Nigeria, he will live by Nigerian rules and laws. She added that for Oyedepo to live by his own laws, he will have to manufacture his own country.

Her tweet read;

I hope this is not true. If it is, Oyedepo will have to manufacture his own country and live by his own laws. As long as he lives and operates within the entity called Nigeria, he will live by Nigerian rules and laws. He will do as he’s told by the law

Because all Kingdoms and Rules and Government enjoy the Support of God the Creator if it is Right and Fair and Good. Which is why it is Written that A kingdom is Established in RIGHTEOUSNESS.

Wrongness and Badness and Wickedness will Destroy Every Rule. That is the Law of God!

Therefore when man makes laws for others, It Must Be Good, else the bad law must be challenged and removed or he shall be removed together with all his bad laws. That is what the Lord Done.

But men do not always make good laws, hence such bad laws must be challenged and resisted.

The Law Must Always Be Good for people follow it and abide with it!
