The time to act is NOW

Almost on a daily basis, we read about the killing or would I say the slaughtering of northern Nigerian Christians by Islamic extremists.  We southern Nigerian Christians instead of speaking up against this unbridled evil being committed against our brothers and sisters of like precious have remained silent: pretending that all is well. Most of us have suddenly become American citizens.  We prefer to spend our time talking about the politics of a nation (United States of America) whose soil our feet may never set upon in our life time and/or supporting a presidential candidate whose Christian identity is highly questionable.

If we (including our church leaders) fail to speak up against this evils being perpetrated against our fellow believers in northern Nigeria, deliverance will definitely arise for these endangered brethren in the North of Nigeria (Esther 4:14), while it will be the turn of those of us in the south to experience the same calamity (Esther 4:14).  

To save us from this imminent calamity, southern Nigeria Christians must as a matter of urgency stand up to speak up and act against this evil and be counted as queen Esther did for her Jewish people (Esther 4:15-16).  

GOD will crush the enemies of the Gospel of JESUS CHRIST in JESUS’ name.
