A candle is an ignitable wick or string embedded in stick of wax, that provides light, and in some cases, a fragrance and it varies in colours, shapes and sizes.
However in Celestial church of Christ, only white candles is used for 4 different purposes.
1. For lightening
2. For Spiritual works(Subject to a divine order from the Holy Spirit)
3. For Thanksgiving offering
4. For personal use
The use of candles to some people might appear strange and sometimes diabolical to some denominations who understands nothing about Spirituality. but I want us to know that it is right scripturally to use candles as a lightening tools in the altar(Hebrew 9 vs 2/ Revelation 1 vs 20). Nevertheless, we cannot defend the facts that some evil doers has invaded the church by bringing strange doctrines which include the wrong usage of the candle, just to tarnish the name of the church and it's Divine heritage.
Let it be known today that Celestial church of Christ does not promote the use of candles to kill people, destroy lives, scatter marriages or bring afflictions into people's journey of life. Let it not be heard among us again that candle is a tool to destroy people's lives because those who use it negatively only brings God's wrath into their lives and they always bring shame upon themselves because of their wickedness
Job 21:17 How oft is the candle of the wicked put out! and how oft cometh their destruction upon them! God distributeth sorrows in his anger.

What actually made candle so powerful?

It was revealed to me that over 100 different angels gets attracted to the fragance from the candle wax because of it's similarities to the ones lightened in the throne of heaven. Therefore they descend down after been called upon and whatsoever that is been said upon such candles eventually comes to pass especially if It is within their jurisdiction and the names of these angels remain with those who has the opportunity of knowing them but some wicked ones have decided to misuse it negatively while passing such secret from one generation unto another. Although, we pray in Celestial church using the names given to us which is Jehovah, Jesus Christ, Holy Michael and with just a candle, miracle happens not because of the efficacy of the candles but because It is the will of God to answer such prayers through faith.
Meanwhile, some fallen angels(also known as demons) also loves the candle smell and if one is not careful, they invade one's life and begin to torment them both physically, mentally and Spiritually when you misuse the candle for evil. That's why you always see those who can't do without using candles for evil things as people who operates under abject poverty, Insanity and sympathetic livelihood. Their white garments always appear off- white and they brag over nothing like a wild herbalist. Behold, a time is coming when they will be flushed out completely from the church (Amen).
Brethren, be careful and don't just collect candles from anybody because you never knew what has been called upon it. Candles usages in Celestial church should be based on purity, sanctification, holiness and offering of prayers and Thanksgiving to God our creator. The light that candle brings proves to all that Celestial church of Christ operates under the true light of Christ and not in darkness. Therefore we should live a life in Christ that we may showcase our light to the world for this is the message of the Messiah, so that the world might see this shinning light and glorify our Father in heaven.(Mathew 5vs 15-16)

This is the most ridiculous reason i have heard ever

the invention of candle was not for anything religion, but to give such idea of yours means that you are part of people spreading falsehood and false practices, the word of the good lord is straight, and it said first seek the kingdom of God and its righteousness and every other thing shall added to you. Not burning a candle to attract the good lord angel or do you think that the good lord angel are foolish like people who think that by burning candle the great good lord angel will now over look your sins. ignorance will forever amount to a disease. check my signature.
