After riping Nigerians off on their IMT dollars, BDC will now turn around and maintain the status quo

As in what kind of monkeys are running this nation's monetary policies anyways?

This is what you get when you put an accountant in charge of a central bank. Keep treating the thing like its a commercial bank.

You can't just change figures and expect things to work.

I have not seen any real economic move from this CBN leadership. All they keep doing is running from pillar to post.

Lower import duties and fees

Proactively knock off essential products from the blacklisted import items

Drive growth and reforms in key economic sectors.

Peg the currency to other viable world currencies

These are low hanging fruits that even a lay man from the masses can think off.
