Nigeria needs to prosecute hospitals who wait for police report before handling emergency cases. Whatever happened to the Hippocratic oath?
It is just a fake news. His body was conveyed to the hospital with ambulance and it was escorted by the security agencies. A reasonable human being will know this is fake as accident victim don't need any police report before treatment.

This is part of the main issues your useless House of Assembly is supposed to address...

Such laws ought to have been signed into existence by now...
instead they are looking for how to collect TAX on water boreholes

..

Note... not every thing you read on line is true... no hospital or doctor waits for a police report to treat an accident victim. If the story had said money for deposit it would have had more credibility.

As in... How can a whole nation's lawmakers be collecting insane salaries and wages just to while away time for over 4 years??!... This is so pathetic!!!

At least they could have saved his life first the police report will be under processing, now that he is gone and the report surely would be ready of what use now is the fucking report to the hospital? Nigerians always practicing nonsense under emergency situations claiming regulations that doesn't suit the present situation.
It's high time FG institute a law to save life first before anything. Ensure the person is alive first then other things can comes next.

Return the country to the same whites that were here for 100 years prior to independence and only exploited your resources and made you a slave on your own land. You and the other people that liked your comment have no clue about the destructive impact of European colonization of Africa.

As smart as this may sound, the lawyers understand the reality better.

Nobody wan go prison brother.
Hospitals have no way of distinguishing between "a thief that has been shot" from "an innocent man hit by a straybullet".
Patients often lie to get treatment and the court won't smile with you for having treated a wounded thief.

These things are deeper than the public see it bro.

THE CIVILISED COUNTRIES WE TRY TO COPY DON'T REJECT PATIENTS. EVEN THE PSYCHOPATH ALL GET TREATED WITH CLOSE MONITORING OF LAW ENFORCEMENT. IT IS NOT A ROCKET SCIENCE BUT NIGERIA WILL ALWAYS BE NIGERIA. WE ARE NOT READY.

What is this rubbish fuss about Police report, cant a doctor treat someone then the hodpital can call Police like they do in overseas.

Any stupid doctor that is here reading this,if anything happens to my relative as a result of your yeye Police report, i will kill that doctor.

Just wait patiently till you leave work then you pay for your stupidity.

Law should be made to reverse this nonsensical police report, doctors should start treatment then if its a suspected patient, the hospital can call the Police but the hospital is meant to save lives.

Update
SAD! "They waited for police report until he died" - lady mourns pilot of ill-fated helicopter that crashed in Lagos on Friday August 28

The helicopter belonging to Quorom Aviation, crashed into a wall separating two buildings at about 12noon on Friday. There were three crew members in the helicopter that flew into Lagos from Rivers state.

While two of the crew members died at the scene, one of them who happens to be the pilot, Chika Ernest, was rushed to the hospital.

According to his friend, Gloria Ugolee who is a sister to media personality, Emmanuel Ugolee, the pilot died as the hospital waited for a police report. She also revealed that late Chika emptied his fuel tank before crashing into the wall so as to avoid an explosion.

Go and read books like How Europe underdeveloped Africa by Walter Rodney and cure yourself of ignorance, self hate and inferiority complex. Within the last 50 to 60 years Africa as progressed 100 times faster than the previous 100 year of European colonization.

And you believe that

He was escorted to the hospital by Lasma, RSS and medical person. Police report is not needed in that scenario

Meanwhile the girl has reversed her earlier statement
