Y5 spec ( 2gb/16gb, LTE, 3000mah. Year 2019) < SAMSung note 3(3gb / 32gb. 3200mah, LTE. Production>2015year. Please which one can i choose

I read somewhere that Huawei phones no longer support Google play services. That means no more access to Google play store.
You should confirm before buying Huawei phones

Only Huawei phones produced this year are banned from accessing Google services.
