You dont know for sure if the area is prone to flooding because you have no idea if if lies on an area of higher elevation compared with its surroundings.

My major concern is privacy. What if my neighbor brings a lady home. How dem wan take do their thing without disturbing the peace of others since the arrangement is like that of a hospital ward.

I have being living in benue state since the last five years and i can confidently say that AGATU has the strongest vigilante group in Nigeria, the reason we've not been hearing of herdsmen killings in AGATU is because of this vigilante group and not because of the Nigeria army or airforce, they also made a law that prohibited fulani herdsmen from grazing livestocks in any part of AGATU LOCAL GOVERMENT, and uptill date, no fulani herdsman can pass through any part of AGATU with cows. Constructing those houses for the Nigeria airforce in AGATU is a welcome development if only they will not interupt agatu vigilante group from their fight against those terorist called fulani herdsmen, they should not also try to reconcile agatu people with those blood sucking demons called fulani herdsmen.

Thanks for this info.. obviously peace was restored in Agatu based on the resolution of the people and not the government.. and as you rightly said hope they are not there to "invite" those blood sucking demons. Time will tell

Same observation here, this is a very poor and substandard building. There was effort put into curtains and decorations than the building itself. The building is very vulnerable to flooding and damp.
That building is a hazard.

ALL THE CRUDE OIL MONEY THAT NIGERIA REALISES, IT IS EITHER THEY ARE USED TO FUND THE MILITARY or they are looted by corruption politicians.

You are not very smart. That house has been poorly constructed and irrespective of elevation, that house would be affected by heavy rainfall. Even on rocky hill, that was a bad construction. Visit that building during the rainy season or after a heavy down pour and observe the walls...and yes I can see all that from here. It’s a substandard housing and the paints will peel off in and out after repeated rain falls.
