Nigeria’s commercial city – Lagos state, is the most populated state in Nigeria – with a population of 14,368,000(According to macrotrends). The state is divided into two parts: Lagos mainland and Lagos Island. The Island is the area surrounded by water and the commercial part of the state, accommodating most of the industries in the state and a home to the elites in the state.

As a result of many companies and the serene environment, most young people in the state prefer to live and work on the Island. Hence making it the busiest part of the state.

But with the hustling and bustling of the state, Lagosians find time to relax and have fun during weekends or public holidays. After all “All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy”. So Lagosians play hard when on weekends or public holidays and the amazing thing is, there are a lot of great places to have fun on the Island regardless of your taste.
