A multinational company needs suitable candidates for a contract position of IT Support Analyst. This individual will be working at the Helpdesk, attending to user complaints and resolving issues on a daily basis.

Qualification : B.Sc/HND Computer Science, Engineering or Applied Sciences

Class of Degree: 2-2 Minimum/Lower Credit

Location: Ibadan

Good knowledge of networking and basic computer system troubleshooting is required.

Experience as a Support Analyst or IT helpdesk/services position and knowledge of PABX systems will be an advantage.
