I don't think this is issue of protest but for Nigeria to answer simple question I.e should we go back to subsidy regime or not.

Ojota Protest: I Will Not Join You To Protest, Nigerians Trust President Buhari

The recent increase in the price of fuel to N151.56 per litre by the federal government has been generating reactions among Nigerians who have planned to stage a protest tomorrow at the Ojota to drive home their demands.

One inquisitive Nigerian who want to know if aide to president Buhari on social media, Lauretta Onochie will join them in protest tomorrow just as she did when the APC and some Nigerians protested fuel price increase during the administration of President Goodluck Jonathan, got this reaction from her:

“No I will not be Joining you and for good reasons too. Not sure you can understand but I'll try

If the subsidy was removed in 2012, the savings would have gone into private pockets Looted

Today, Nigerians have a President they trust. The recovered subsidy, would serve Nigerians”
Some Nigerians on social media have been trending various hashtags in preparation for a protest march since the current increase in the price of fuel was announced. A protest march at Ojota has been planned for tomorrow.

Occupy Nigeria,PDP must really take hold of this like APC uses it against PDP then in 2012.
Where is Tinubu, where is Femi kuti, our actors and actresses,OBJ,SOWORE,EZEKWESILI, and all those bonga fishes whopulled Gej down and gave us This Panla fish of a government.
Atiku will be a swegbe if he doesn't use this as a ladder.

My advice for our Biafra brothers in the yeast is that they should quietly allow the yorubas to do the protest cos immediately they carry the placards now for the protest against the fuel and electricity hike price, federal government will tag them as terrorist against the government.

Nice one.
NOT THIS TIME OF CRISIS. FG SHOULD RETURN THE HIKES TO NORMAL PRICE
I expected Nigeria youth to engage in sound and intelligent arguments. The issue here is not about return hike price but whelther we want to go back to subsidy regime or not? The price will still increase as crude oil price goes up in international market.

In as much as she is making so much sense with this words,
The main thing we are against is the timing of the increment,
It shouldn't be at the time of this pandemic at all.

But do we trust our darling Daddy that this subsidy money is safe with him rather than the one that told all Sane Nigerians to their faces that STEALING IS NOT CORRUPTION...
Oh Yeaaaaa!!

But right now, We and all sane, hardworking and honest Nigerians SAY NO TO FUEL PRICE INCREMENT.

For emphasis sake,

This is not the time to increase fuel price in our darling nation at all.

Not with all that is going on around the world, pandemic et al,
When people are finding it difficult to survive.

This is the same reason we voted out the party of thieves and criminals.

This is not the change we voted for.

The same way we sane, honest and hardworking Nigerians praised this government when they reduced fuel price sometimes ago, we should make sure we put our voice together to castigate and talk against this.

That is the voice the government will listen to,
Not the voice of children of hate, frustration and perdition that have never seen any good thing in our country,
That all they do is to wail continously in life.
They even wailed when the price was reduced.
They have been wailing since PMB won the election, even before swearing in!
They are not wailing for the common man like sane and honest people are doing, but they are wailing in pain that the corrupt money being shared to them by the losers they support is not forthcoming anymore.
They have been so used to corruption, they see it as a way of life.
That is what we stand against.

Sane, honest and hardworking Nigerians,
Let us come together to Say no to this fuel increase,
definitely not at this time and ignore enemies of the country that want the evil politicians they voted for to remain in power together.

This is not the change we voted for.
Something must be done about this NOW!
God bless Nigeria.

We Rise

I ve arrived to the conclusion that, the more we (Nigerians) complain/suffer, the more government cashes out big time on top our head.

This has to be the dumbest and most idiotic thing I have read or heard in a very good while!!!

Would she have protested then if she had been given a job in the administration, and would she have written this trash if she had been overlooked by this current administration??!... Instead of keeping quiet, she went on to fool herself! Damn!!!

Nigerians trust Buhari! How many Nigerians??! Where are they??!... This is a careless statement!

Lol, the subsidy savings are being stolen by this government too. If government wants to deregulate, then they should hands off fuel importation completely. Let anyone who wants to import fuel get it done and sell at their price with government supervising quality. Not this rubbish deregulation where the FG imports and sells at a price fixed by them.

How many times will this government remove subsidy?

When it was increased the other time to N145, subsidy removal was the excuse. Now, they are still coming with the same story.

At the end, this government will deceive us till it is even beyond N162

With the way this administration has clamped down on little protest groups I'm afraid we will see any reasonable turn out in Abuja. The fear of police and DSS brutality is the beginning of wisdom.
