A U.S. ban on travelers arriving from the EU on March 13 came too late to prevent widespread community transmission in New York City, according to a report Thursday from the federal Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. CDC researchers analyzed the genetic code of virus samples collected from three dozen infected New Yorkers in early March, and found that most of those early cases of the coronavirus could be traced back to Europe. It also confirms what many researchers have already said: That widespread community transmission was well under way in New York City by the time mitigation measures, such as the travel ban, school closures and stay-at-home orders went into effect.

That is not true sir , people are being exposed to the virus every day . I was exposed too some weeks ago after losing a patient that tested positive, all the members of my unit were tested ,only one person was positive . In another unit , about 21people tested positive . Let us all cooperate to defeat this virus
Something happened on Saturday that got me worried , 2 officers of the military came visiting a patient on the ward without wearing mask, the nurses on duty ask them to put on their mask before entering the ward ,u need to see how aggressively these officers attacked them . On Monday during ward round ,I met the bed of the patient they came to visit empty , she was tested positive and moved to isolation .
The virus is real . Just lost a newly married vibrant colleague to covid mostly likely operated on a covid patient unknowingly. If any one tells his wife that covid is not real ! I can't imagine how her response will be!
Don't be a Lie Mohammed.

These numbers will only be meaningful when the number of tested persons are included in the daily figures. Thats when percentages can be calculated and a meaningful plot can be achieved. You cant just spit out 600 today and 100 tomorrow and expect it to make any sense to anyone without letting them know of the actual number of persons tested each day.
i agree with u base of d fact that not many people come out 4 testing this days. if e.g ncdc say that d discover 250 new coronavirus figures in a state, d need 2 put in a table d names of d testing centre where those coronavirus case was discover, the total number of people tested in d state

This 'increased' figure may have something to do with the current doctors' strike!
