This is completely trash from a narrow minded piece of shit. The man was just a foolish extreme racist to have vomited such rubbish. Africans have a problem yes, but going so extreme to use scientific racism, you should be ashamed of yourself.
that is the logical solution, Africans will not stop tribalism, religious stupidity, wickedness, looting and the likes. Either we go scientific way or be recolonised. Just take a look at Dino Melaye below. Tinubu, Atiku and others do you think they want Nigeria to develop

So Dino was this poor before. Chai, we don't need recolonisation I feel your pain though, we just need to think and get to the root of our problem.

Racist and myopic view. The rate of development in Africa has been amazing even faster than that of Europeans and Americans over the last 200yrs .

Yet African countries constitute less than 10% in the global economy. What's your definition of development? The cities depicted here are major cities with some having trillion dollar economies. Yet no African country has a city whose GDP is one trillion dollar. Yet you said they developed. Compared to Asian cities, how can you term that development? shocked

@Topic: No single African city or city dominated by black people made your list. Worst still, none has a trillion dollar GDP. We have a long way to go.

When you see a country with good leaders you will know, not like the ones we have here, common refinery that will be used to refine the resource God gave them is a problem.....
All what they know is to give commands that will frustrates the poor masses
It will never be well with those so called bad leaders in Nigeria.

Some cities in Nigeria have also come a long way in development and still developing quietly.

One of such cities is the Coal City of Nigeria (Enugu) that has come a long way in its urban development and growth, along the way to its development it created some other amazing cities like Port Harcourt of the present day Rivers State.

Bellow are pictures showing her level of growth since the day of yore.

The pictures are that of Okpara avenue, Enugu.
what is developed about this village?

Can you please confirm that the entire city has 24/7 pipe borne water of adequate pressure, like all the other cities listed?
What of enrolment in government schools? Is it nearly 100% with the appropriate number of teachers, librarians and other workers plus equipment, which is what obtains in other cities listed?

Dey there and be deceiving yourself... with the level of resources, technology and availability of world resources (globalisation ) Africa is still a shit hole fighting over leadership and corruption. Did you see what dubai did from 2005 to 2020?

Keep justifying Africa's mediocrity and don't open you mind to criticism for positive development.

God who did we offend embarassed

Can you point out part of this piece that was written about 60 years ago that is not true today?

Are your leaders future minded? Are they not all about personal gains? Are they disciplineď please just tell me which part is not true.

He should be ashamed for acknowledging the truth? Africa has a big problem the earlier we agree on this to find a lasting solotion the better.

I'll only be amazed if a whole Lagos could be like Dubai, not a street in Lagos called Eko Atlantic. Funniest part is that Dubai is bigger than a whole Lagos.

I acknowledge that but the bastard called lugard was trying to attribute it to our genes what sort of fuckery is that, Africa has a big problem, we can't say that it is because we got independence freshly or we started newly, China became a big technology hub in how many years (though they achieved it on the back of cheap labour), we have a problem and until we sit down and ask ourselves what it is, we won't move. The people that even make me laugh the more are the morons that say "it is the white man's fault"

Dubai population is 3.38 million, land mass is 4114 km², and urban area is 3885 km².

Eko Atlantic land mass is just 25 km².
Can Eko atlantic house 100,000 people?

This is just like comparing lekki to New York because lekki is fine.
