Hi guys, I am curious of what to plan on a piece of land beside my house. My plan is for vegetable farming in the dry season, but I am thinking of how I can make the best use of this rain. Due to the long August break, am thinking this rain may extends till December. So what can I plant apart from Cassava and Maize |

Cassava and maize are still the only best shots if you are planning on harvesting by Late December and early February next year. You can also add groundnuts beside each maize plant as it is a leguminous plant and can thrive easily where Maize can,it will support your plants with Nitrates(without needing NPK fertilizers or urea) 1 Like |
