How Safe And Secured Is It To Open A Paypal Account by Nobody: 1:05pm On Sep 13, 2020
Please I need an advice on how to open a PayPal account.

Is it safe?
Are ones account info safe and secured?
Is there a possibility of ones security info being shared or hacked into.

Please it's urgent.

Thanks.
