So now I have a PayPal account that can send and receive funds, but the challenge I have is the verification process.

They said when you link your debit card, they would deduct $1.95 and send a code to you, which you will then enter into your account to verify the card.

I have done so, they have deducted the money, but I haven't seen the card. This has happened since last month.

I checked my access internet banking for the account statement. I still didn't find the code.

Has anybody experienced this? What is the way out please?

What card did you use?

Call access bank on phone and tell them you were trying to link your card to PayPal and they usually send the statement of the $1.99 with the code but you havent receive yours and you need it

They will look through and give u

why not simply drop the solution? This is an easy problem to solve, but I am ignorant of it. So please share it here..you don't know how many people reading our comments need the answer.

go to dundle dot com and buy a $5 visa card.
Edit the address to match the one in your Paypal and then use it to verify. Code arrives in one minute or less.
