You have to be a critical, creative and deep thinker . You must be able to demonstrate that you can start an NGO with the ability to refine and re-define ideals. It is important that you are an effective relationship builder and have strong communication skills and good presentation skills particularly using graphic tools

Must be creative
Self motivated and self-starter
Independent and interdependent
Ability to work without supervision

Technical quality.
A good writer with an excellence use of english language
Understand or able to manage a web design and development
Imaginative and able to set up a Non-Governmental organisation
Write official letters and articles ,blogs
Must have at least a Bsc or similar qualifications
Able to set up social media landmarks like youtube,LinkedIn, Facebook Instagram etc
