Vacancy: Project Lead
Location: Ikeja Lagos
JOB SUMMARY: The Project Lead will be responsible to plan, develop, monitor, control and execute projects, doing everything from putting together groups of skilled workers to designing the structure and schedule of the project. Develop and manage a detailed project schedule providing updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustment and progress on projects at every given time.

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget.
• Define the project scope, its goals and give update on project timelines
• Managing and resolving issues as they arise, identifying potential risks and creating plans if they occur.
• Plan and designate project resources, prepare budgets, monitor progress and keep stakeholders informed throughout the project period.
• Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments and progress.
• Lead and document the quality assurance process properly.
• Ensure only qualified professionals are assigned to perform project tasks and activities.
• Ensure all professionals involved in performing project tasks and activities have a clear understanding of the scope, requirements, objectives and provisions for work.
• Ensure all professionals involved in the project are aware of the project schedule and other constraints.
• Certify that quality assurance procedures have been properly followed.
• Ensure sub-contractors follow agreed Quality Assurance Plan
• Evaluate the final products and ensure the deliverables meet the objectives of the project

QUALIFICATION REQUIRED
• A degree in Management or Business Administration
• Minimum of 3 years working experience in Management/Business Admin
• A certification in Project Management is a plus
