Maybe he's not romantic enough.

Let him also check his hygiene. Maybe hes not properly groomed and that can be a huge turn off for any woman.

You know some very hairy men usually have one strong odour that if not well taken care of can be very repulsive. So if he falls in that category, let him shave or use powdery deodorant spray to neutralize the odour.
