Hi everyone, I work in the construction industry and a friend is selling his property at a give-away price in BUCKNOR, I view this as my opportunity to own a house in Lagos, problem is I don't have the money.
Here is my plan, I need N15M loan to give the land papers as collateral to anyone or organisatn that will give me the loan.

Congrats first to comment, like Edo state you will defeat all your oppressors in Jesus name. Actually i am looking at getting the loan from a bank or other financial houses that does that sort of thing. A 2 bedroom flat in the area goes for 5ook and mini flat is btw 300-350k per annum. And the value will double as the place is rapidly developing, so you see that its also a great investment. So if anyone can point me in the right direction i will much obliged to the person.
