1. Buyer raises a corporate cheque or IBPU for the quantity he wants to buy, even if it is billions of naira worth. Note: in Nigeria, no one can cash or make to go through a clearing a cheque that is above N10m, so the cheque cannot be presented.
2. The original copy of the written cheque will be forwarded to the bank as will be nominated by the Seller and possibly, the scan copy can be sent to the seller for him to follow up.
3. Once the cheque is confirmed received by the bank, buyer is informed of the day the delivery to Lagos warehouse of the buyer, or a pick up from seller's warehouse, Lagos will commence.
4. Buyer pays for the quantity he is supplied per delivery or pick up. Payment won't be until the total quantity is delivered or picked up.
5. No 4 is done recurrently until the total quantity is delivered or picked up.
