If you have account with GTBank. Then your new ATM Card is a Naira Mastercard and you can use it.

Well, i don't know much about this need Mastercard & the way it works. All i'm saying is that the minimum amount to open a websuffer acct is 100usd. But you can always load as little as 10usd any other time.
