A newly established Agri-tech company with its headquarters in Abuja the FCT urgently requires the services of a young, dynamic and upwardly mobile individual to fill the vacant position of it’s Administrative Officer.

Duties and Responsibilities
1. Handling the day-to-day running of the organization, handling phone inquiries and complaints in a courteous, professional manner.
2. Ensuring organizational supplies are maintained, including checking inventory and working with vendors to ensure adequate levels of necessary supplies always.
3. Occasionally traveling off-site as may be directed by the Chief Executive Officer
4. Ensuring the confidentiality and security of all the organization’s documents and systems
5. Coordinating schedules, arranging meetings, distributing memos and reports and ensuring that every stakeholder in the organization is kept updated of necessary company news and information.

Skills and qualifications
1. Good organization, time management and scheduling skills
2. Basic bookkeeping experience, especially in accounts payable/receivable
3. Experienced in using office management software, including word processing software, spreadsheets and excel.
4. Strong communication skills
5. Strong social media skills
6. Ability to multitask

Remuneration
Similar to what is obtainable in the Agri-tech industry in Nigeria.
