Why Is Nairaland Promoting A Fradulent Website? by RomanianNinja: 11:32am On Sep 22, 2020 |
So while surfing Nairaland yesterday, I saw an advert on Branchless which claims to be a financial service app for businesses but when I visited their website, there is absolutely no contact information about the company just an email address and the website lacks content. I registered on the site yesterday and just today, I go a message from them telling me to pay to activate my account today as it's the deadline for activation... Like seriously? I also read some complaints about them here on nairaland so why is Seun promoting such? Isn't he supposed to have the interest of nairalanders at heart? Seun please you are meant to properly inspect an advert before accepting. To crown it all, the so call Company website has a dummy text that I believe no professional website should except of course, it isn't. See the screenshot
