It's more than that. I remember my days in the north, we preach to them to come for hospital deliveries but they preferred the TBAs who neither issue birth certificates nor birth notification. 1 Like |

Didn't have as a child, but thanks to God today as an adult, I'm a proud holder of 5 birthday certificates. It wasn't easy, but it was worth it. |
